Follow these steps to get the most of your OVIN Learn dashboard.
Team dashboard for employers
The team dashboard is a useful overview of your team’s progress towards their learning goals.
- Click your name/profile picture in the top navigation menu.
- Select “Team dashboard” from the dropdown menu.
- Use the left sidebar menu to navigate to different sections.
- “Team report” is an overview of your team’s progress towards their learning goals.
- “Members” allows you to see more information on individuals, as well as manage your team and add members.
- “Assign course” allows you to assign a course for individual
- employees to complete.
- “Course progress” is a feed of recent activity and a searchable archive of past activity.
- “Course stats” presents all course and learning path history by the numbers.
Personal dashboard for learners
The personal dashboard is a snapshot of your courses in progress.
- Click your name/profile picture in the top navigation menu.
- Select “Personal dashboard” from the dropdown menu.
- Use the left sidebar menu to navigate to different sections.
- “Profile” shows an overview of your learning progress and achievements, as well as the course you most recently accessed. You can also view, download and share credentials by selecting “View certificates.”
- “Course history” lists all your courses and allows you to navigate and accept courses assigned by your manager.
- “Achievements” shows your certifications and point milestones.
