Tracking progress and completion rates 

View an individual’s progress 

1. Click your name/profile picture in the top navigation menu. 
2. Select “Team dashboard” from the dropdown menu. 
3. Select “Members” from the left sidebar menu. 
4. Under “Team members,” you can view information on individuals at a glance, including completed courses, in-progress courses and points. 

Download team member reports 

1. Click your name/profile picture in the top navigation menu. 
2. Select “Team dashboard” from the dropdown menu. 
3. Select “Members” from the left sidebar menu.
4. Under “Team members,” select one or more team members by clicking the checkbox to the left of each name. (To select all team members, click the checkbox in the top row.)
5. Select “Download member report.”
6. A PDF report will appear in your local downloads folder.

Monitor recent and past activity 

1. Click your name/profile picture in the top navigation menu. 
2. Select “Team dashboard” from the dropdown menu. 
3. Select “Course progress” from the left sidebar menu. 
4. Under “New activity,” you can see the most recent updates on team members’ progress, including completion percentages and due date. 

• To see a detailed view, select the down arrow located on each row. 

• To clear a row from view, select the checkmark icon. 

• If a course has not been started, a link will appear to send an optional reminder message. 
• If a course is overdue, the due date will be red. 

     5. Under “History,” you can see a list of past activity. This section is also searchable by member           or course name. 

• To see a detailed view, select the down arrow located on each row. 

• To remove an individual’s course, select the minus sign icon. 

• To edit an individual’s due date, select the pencil icon. 

View overall course statistics 

1. Click your name/profile picture in the top navigation menu. 
2. Select “Team dashboard” from the dropdown menu. 
3. Select “Course stats” from the left sidebar menu. 
4. Select individual program names to see who has completed the course or is still in progress.
